PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously form for a long period of time, an EVA resin sheet having excellent properties by stably, quantitatively and homogeneously mixing an organic peroxide and an organic EVA resin in an extruder. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin sheet product containing an organic peroxide by using the extruder, the resin is input first into a cylinder from a material supply port on the most upstream part of the extruder, and then the organic peroxide is added by using a liquid supplying nozzle into a cylinder between the material supply port, and a resin having a gel fraction ratio of 0% is extruded from a die on the top edge of the extruder, after the resin is mixed with the organic peroxide in the extruder.
