PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a stress given to an electric wire and to control an injury due to a press to a corner or a vibration when the electric wire is arranged along the inside and the outside of an insulator wall surface of a motor stator. SOLUTION: An insulator extends toward an axial direction of a core and has a ring outer-peripheral wall 46w forming a groove 46xS where the electric wire 43b passes through. In one wall 46wL of both sidewalls of the groove 46xS among the outer-peripheral wall 46w, a slope 51 to incline to a diametrical direction of the core when viewed from the axial direction of the core is formed at the outer-peripheral side of an end opposing the other wall 46wR.
