PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive duct housing connecting structure, in a simple structure which exhibits reliable water sealing effects over a long period. SOLUTION: In the duct housing connecting structure, wherein conductors 24 are accommodated and duct housings 20 with inward flange 16 project inward at the end edge are mutually connected, the connecting structure includes: a water stop member 14 arranged between the inward flanges 16 of the duct housings 20 to be connected; a fastening tool connecting the respective inward flanges 16 together with the water stop member 14 interposed therebetween; and a cover member 18 covering the exposed portion of the water stop member 14. With the water stop member 14 fastened by the fastening tool, the water stop member is attached to the duct housing, while a portion of the exposed water stop member is externally protruded from the outer end of the duct housing 20.
