PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, in a conventional semiconductor integrated circuit, a variation width of a crossover voltage is increased. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with: a predriver 4c for generating first and second signals based on one of differential inputs; a predriver circuit 4d for generating third and fourth signals based on the other differential input; an output circuit 5a provided between a VDD and a VSS and comprised of an MN 4 which is controlled based on the first signal and an MP 4 which is controlled based on the second signal; an output circuit 5b provided between the VDD and the VSS and comprised of an MN 8 which is controlled based on the third signal and an MP 8 which is controlled based on the fourth signal; and a control signal generation circuit 6 for generating a first control signal corresponding to the VDD.
