PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game-media dispensing device which converts obtained game media into a different lending charge, so that a player can play games even in the middle of the game in the same game machine or after moving to another game machine. SOLUTION: The game-media dispensing device 1 includes: a lending-charge selection means which can choose one lending charge from a plurality of lending charges by the player's operation while the plural lending charges are set for one game medium to be dispensed through a lending means; and a conversion means (S13) which converts the number of the game media acquired based on the game media, which are dispensed at the lending charge in the game machine and counted by a counting means, to the number of the game media corresponding to other lending charges under a predetermined condition (S12).
