PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular film for hood stretching having an excellent elongation recovery ratio and elongation recovery power and also a mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The tubular film for hood stretching has a layer containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (A) having a monomer unit based on ethylene and a monomer unit based on a 3-20Cα-olefin and having an activation energy (Ea) of fluidity of≥35 kJ/mol and also a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 5-25.
