<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handcart cover capable of moving a handcart easily with a handcart folded without removing the handcart cover in moving the handcart stored in the handcart. <P>SOLUTION: An exposed state which allows a wheel portion 220 of a baby carriage as one example of handcarts to be grounded is selected by opening a wheel cover relative to a body cover 110.
