<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station that improves the throughput of a wireless terminal without having an adverse effect on uplink communication of other wireless terminals, even when the wireless terminal is made to transmit a narrow-band reference signal. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless base station 10 includes a data transmission control unit 120 which performs processing for selecting the wireless terminal to which a frequency band is assigned based upon a transmission line characteristic value measured using SRS and controls data transmission operation of the selected wireless terminal, a setting information generation unit 130 which detects a distribution state of a low-contribution-degree band estimated to be not used effectively for data transmission in an uplink system band based upon information obtained from the data transmission control unit 120, and generates an SRS parameter for transmitting SRS with a frequency band width corresponding to the distribution state, and a wireless communication unit 200 for transmitting the generated SRS parameter to the wireless terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
