<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a schedule in which a restrictive condition is taken into account. <P>SOLUTION: A scheduling device includes: a priority matrix setting means for setting a priority matrix showing assignment priority of a tank for each product; and a schedule calculation means for creating a work schedule by performing assignment of work on the basis of the priority matrix using a backward method for avoiding piping contention and contention of a mixer so as to keep the delivery date of a product. A priority matrix representing assignment priority of the tank is set for each connection relation between the tank and piping, piping contention, contention of the mixer, cleaning amount, product brand, and product, the piping contention and contention of the mixer are avoided so as to surely keep the delivery date of a refill request given on the basis of the idea of backward method, and work is assigned on the basis of the priority matrix. Thus, the schedule which avoids the piping contention and contention of the mixer, considers lot concentration, and minimizes a cleaning amount by the change of product brand is created. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
