<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infectious disease-treating agent having a more potent bactericidal effect than that by using the 15K granulysin singly, by administering it as combined with a 15K granulysin showing less resistance acquisition by bacteria, having a different characteristics from antibiotic materials and without having cytotoxicity. <P>SOLUTION: The effective infectious disease-treating agent is provided by including the combinations of the 15K granulysin with an expression vector of the 15K granulysin in a body, the 15K granulysin with an IL-6, IL-23 or IL-27, the expression vector of the 15K granulysin in the body with the IL-6, IL-23 or IL-27, and the expression vector of the 15K granulysin in the body with an HSP65 DNA and the expression vector of an IL-12 DNA in the body, having less adverse effects and also showing that the bacteria hardly acquire the resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
