PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To presume the mixing/separating state of naphtha in a tank, and allow to perform the tank scheduling with no restriction and freely. SOLUTION: When the naphtha amount in stock is <7 m, the naphtha is completely mixed. Even when naphtha in stock is≥7 m, if the difference in specific gravity is≤0.02, the naphtha is completely mixed. When the naphtha amount in stock is≥7 m, the specific gravity difference is≥0.02, and the specific gravity of a receiving naphtha is larger than that of the naphtha in stock, the naphtha separates into two layers, and a mixed layer of about 1 m is present at the boundary portion.
