PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for removing secondary burrs formed on a tooth surface of a workpiece wheel, in which a tooth edge of an end face of the workpiece wheel is chamfered, and also to provide a tool wheel which can be engaged rotatably with the workpiece wheel by the method and apparatus. SOLUTION: The tool wheel has a cutting edge on its tooth surfaces 5, 6, and secondary burrs are removed by cutting through cutting motion caused by engagement. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
