PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device which achieves cost reduction by reducing assembling man-hours, and to provide an optical pickup device equipped with the actuator device. SOLUTION: In print coil substrates 7a and 7b used for the actuator device 3 of the optical pickup 1, same components are used, which has coils and lands located in the same positions, and the same layout of wiring such as pattern of wiring for connecting them.
