PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce booming noise in a vehicle compartment in an exhaust pipe structure. SOLUTION: The exhaust pipe structure includes two exhaust pipes 1, 2 laid out in parallel under a floor of a body. Each exhaust pipe 1, 2 includes sub mufflers 31, 32 at exhaust gas flow upstream part thereof, and both exhaust pipes 1, 2 are provided with a common main muffler 5 at the exhaust gas flow downstream. The exhaust pipes 1, 2 near each sub muffler 31, 32 are disposed upper and lower with respect to an under-floor of the body to constitute a tandem part 4. The exhaust pipes 1, 2 between the tandem part 4 and the main muffler 5 are disposed in right and left with respect to the under-floor of the body to constitution a transverse part. Support members 101, 102 for attaching transverse pipes 12, 22 to the under-floor of the body are provided at a section which easily becomes an antinode of the vibration of the transverse part 6.
