<p>A method and device for service monitoring are provided, which are applied in the field of communication technology. The method for service monitoring is provided in an embodiment, wherein tasks in the service are treated as monitoring objects, and the task can include multiple service executing flows, during the process of service running, monitoring is performed on the task, and an exception prompt is performed to the service when it is determined that a certain service executing flow has occurred exception. Compared with the method for monitoring a device in the prior art, the monitoring method in the present embodiment monitors the task in the running service of the device, and can perform exception prompts to the service, thus when performing an exception analysis, the effect of a device exception to a service can be efficiently located, and the difficulty of fault locating and maintaining in the prior art can be reduced.</p> |
