<p>This invention relates to improvements in the remote assembly of composite arrangement. In particular, the invention relates to a computer-implemented method of generating instructions for remote assembly of a composite arrangement, such as a flower bouquet. In the method a plurality of icons, each icon representing an item selectable by a user, are selected and positioned by the user to form a composite arrangement. The current form of the composite arrangement is displayed to assist the user in designing the composite arrangement. Once the user is satisfied with the composite arrangement comprising the plurality of items selected and positioned by the user instructions for remote assembly of the composite arrangement can be generated. The method of the invention provides improvements in the provision of instructions for remote assembly of composite arrangements by enabling a user to specify remotely the contents and relative position of items in the composite arrangement, and therefore the appearance of the remotely prepared composite arrangement. Embodiments of the invention are particularly applicable to the remote preparation of flower or plant bouquets or arrangements.</p> |
