The component has a base made of a flexible material e.g. elastomer or synthetic rubber, and an element made of metal e.g. stainless steel, with smaller elasticity than that of the base for simplification of an assembly. Contact areas provided for bearings are formed accordingly to an outer circumference of the bearings. The elastomer has shore hardness between 60 and 70. The element is implemented as a plate molded at the base.
