A wheel ornamentation (60) that can fit vehicle wheels (20) having different offset dimensions (O). According to one embodiment, the wheel ornamentation (60) is a two-piece wheel cover that includes center and outer components (62, 64) and an adjustable overlapping junction (84) therebetween, where the adjustable overlapping junction (84) may be partially concealed by an annular flange (70) on one of the components (62, 64). An adhesive portion (94) may be disposed between overlapping axial ends of the components (62, 64) and can be modified during assembly of the ornamentation (60) to a vehicle wheel (20).
