摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method and to a device for transporting heat-sensitive products in a refrigerated truck, the truck being provided with at least one chamber for storing the products, a store of a cryogenic fluid such as liquid nitrogen, a main heat exchanger system which contains the circulating refrigerant, as well as an air-circulation system, for example fans, for placing the air inside the chamber in contact with the cold walls of the main heat exchanger, the main heat exchanger system including an assembly of at least one heat exchanger inside the chamber, each exchanger being provided with an air-circulation system capable of placing the air inside the chamber in contact with the cold walls of each exchanger, as well as an additional exchanger (T) inside one of said storage chambers, characterised in that when one or more of the exchangers of said assembly needs to be defrosted, the additional exchanger (T) is fed with cryogenic fluid and all or part of the cold vapours from the cryogenic fluids obtained at the output of the additional exchanger (T) are directed towards the adjacent exchanger (X) in order to be reheated before being directed into the exchanger or exchangers of the assembly to be defrosted in order to completely or partially defrost said exchanger or exchangers.</p>
