摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic device capable of measuring the refractive state of an eye to be examined when a pupil diameter dimension is different. <P>SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic device 10 is provided with a measurement optical system (30) capable of measuring the distribution of an optical characteristic within the pupil diameter of the eye E to be examined. The ophthalmologic device comprises a visible light illuminating means (80) for illuminating the eye E to be examined with visible light along the optical axis of the measurement optical system (30). The visible light illuminating means (80) can vary the quantity of the illuminating light in the range from the intensity capable of radiating brightness equivalent to the night environment to the light quantity capable of radiating brightness equivalent to the daytime environment to the eye E to be examined at least. The measurement optical system (30) can measure the distribution of an optical characteristic of the eye E to be examined illuminated by the visible light illuminating means (80) with the brightness equivalent to the night environment and can measure the distribution of the optical characteristic of the eye E to be examined illuminated by the visible light illuminating means (80) with the brightness equivalent to the daytime environment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
