A stress relaxation size ratio H/Ls that is a ratio of longitudinal-direction length H of a source substrate to the stress relaxation length Ls is 7.5 or less, wherein the shortest distance length is the stress relaxation length Ls, among a distance from an edge section at a glass substrate 4 side of a semiconductor chip 12 provided on the flexible substrate 3, to a glass substrate connection section 7, a distance from an edge section at a source substrate 5 side of the semiconductor chip 12 provided on the flexible substrate 3, to a source substrate connection section 6, and a distance from the glass substrate connection section 7 to the source substrate connection section 6.
