PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil filament achieving a light source of small size, high illuminance, and high efficiency of reflection, along with a bulb with a reflecting mirror and a compact semiconductor heater with high efficiency of heating. SOLUTION: The coil filament consisting of a flat coil is formed in bending shape, while being formed such that the planer direction of the flat coil crosses a bending vertical line perpendicularly when the vending vertical line along the vending shape is assumed. The bulb with a reflecting mirror using the coil filament includes a reflecting mirror 14 having a mirror surface in bending shape, and a bulb 13 having the coil filament comprising the flat coil. The coil filament which the bulb 13 includes is formed to be bent to have approximately the same curvature as the bending shape of the reflecting mirror 14.
