PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotor which can hold a rotor on a shaft with a low thrust without increasing the number of components, and to provide a method of manufacturing a motor rotor, and a device for manufacturing a motor rotor. SOLUTION: In the motor rotor 10 equipped with a rotor 14 which is held on a shaft 11 by means of plates at the opposite ends, a groove 11a is made around the shaft 11, and a protrusion 12a or a protrusion 13a facing the groove 11a is provided on the first plate 12 or the second plate 13. A clamp 20 is located at a position covering one half or more of the groove 11a, and abuts on the protrusion 12a or 13a. When a caulking punch 30 acts on a part of the protrusion 12a or 13a, a part of the protrusion 12a or 13a flows plastically and is caulked by the groove 11a thus forming a protrusion A.
