MAGNETIC COUPLING TYPE ISOLATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic coupling type isolator capable of sufficiently securing resistance against external magnetic field and EMS. SOLUTION: This magnetic coupling type isolator includes: a coil 2 for generating an external magnetic field by an input signal; magnetoresistive elements R1-R4 for detecting the external magnetic field and converting the detected magnetic field into an electric signal, the magnetoresistive elements being electrically insulated from the coil 2 and each disposed in a location capable of being magnetically coupled to overlap the coil 2 in a plan view; an upper shield film 41 and a lower shield film 42 disposed to overlap the coil 2 and the magnetoresistive elements R1-R4 in a plan view; and a middle shield film 43 disposed to surround the magnetoresistive elements R1-R4.
