PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive out the existing power generation to prevent global heating by increasing electric-generating capacity to 10,000 to 23,000 times by water gravity power generation. SOLUTION: When water gravity power generation is performed and three kinds of vertical whole moving blade water gravity solar turbines are respectively driven by water overheated steam acceleration and water compressed air acceleration, power having the same speed and the same volume as the atmospheric pressure is set to be 10,000 to 23,000 times stronger than power generation performed by the existing steam turbine, gravity acceleration is accelerated vertically downward, and the electric-generating capacity obtained by driving the turbines at water speed with a head increased to, for example, 1,000 m, is increased. Thereby, the electric-generating capacity in the existing world is decupled by operating the water gravity power generation. Consequently, anybody can cooperatively and easily achieve various automobiles and various ships driven by storage batteries and all-electric homes and electrification of plants driven by electricity by extremely inexpensive water gravity power generation, fuel expense, CO2 emissions and sea temperature rise are reduced to zero, the global heating is prevented by abolishing the existing thermal and nuclear power generation, and extermination of mankind is postponed.
