PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems wherein: the related art has two duct members assembled in mating engagement with a mating portion merely including one plate causing difficulty caused in positioning; when an assembling tool is used, a positioning reference point set to an outer circumference of a duct in an area apart from a fixing point sometimes causes mismatching between hole positions depending on variation in dimension of a product; and, further, there is a problem wherein no guide is provided for inserting a rivet and, causing assembly man-hour increase to increase manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioning blow-duct connecting structure includes a duct assembling body including a first duct 1 and a second duct 2 mated and fastened through a fastener 5. The first duct 1 has a guide portion 9 protrudedly formed toward an outer periphery of a through-hole 7 to define a recessed positioning portion X.
