PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: the conventional bamboo step mat is almost flat, then, it is effective for training for only the sole massage, and when the user stands and uses the bamboo step mat, the protrusions formed on the upper part thereof stimulates too much with the weight of the user. SOLUTION: Right and left same-shaped step parts (2) higher than the bamboo step mat part (1) are provided at both ends of the bamboo step mat part (1), and a plurality of recessed portions (4) are provided on the upper parts (3) of the bamboo step mat part (1) and the step parts (2).
