PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric structure which can be manufactured simply and having a conductive circuit which can be routed in optional directions inside a fabric body. SOLUTION: The fabric structure includes lamination of a fabric with conductive circuits 6, 7 woven in and another fabric with a conductive circuit 8 laminated by a required number of sheets, wherein these fabrics with circuit are laminated in a state where parts of their conductive circuits are overlapped for electrical continuity: provided that the fabric with the conductive circuits 6, 7 includes weaving conductive fibers in at least one of longitudinal, lateral and oblique directions along a warp or a weft to a fabric body 3 that includes weaving the warp and the weft in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction; and that the other fabric with the conductive circuit 8 includes weaving conducive fibers in at least one of longitudinal, lateral and oblique directions along the warp or the weft to the fabric body 4 that includes weaving the warp and weft in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction.
