PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw of an injection molding machine which can certainly maintain a supercritical fluid at or beyond a supercritical pressure level when it is injected into a molten resin. SOLUTION: The screw (6) has a seal (31) fitted to divide the interior of a heating cylinder (5) into first and second areas (A1 and A2). A through hole (33) which makes the first area (A1) communicate with the second area (A2) is formed at the screw (6), and a poppet valve (34) is arranged at the through hole (33). When the molten resin applies specified pressure to the poppet valve (34), the poppet vale opens, and the molten resin is made to flow from the first area (A1) to the second area (A2). Thus, the pressure of the molten resin in the first area (A1) can be kept not lower than a supercritical pressure level. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
