PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeder surely supplying parts to a supply place. SOLUTION: The part feeder aligns the numerous parts received in a bowl during conveyance on a conveying track 20c, sequentially feeds them to a supply pipe 90 from the terminal end of the conveying track 20c and supplies the parts to the supply place at the tip of the supply pipe 90. An introduction pipe 31 is connected to the terminal end 20f of the conveying track and a feed pipe 32 is connected to the introduction pipe 31 perpendicularly to the introduction pipe 31. A compressed air jet pipe 33 is connected to the base end of the feed pipe 32 to be in the same direction with the flow path of the feed pipe 32 and the supply pipe 90 is connected to the tip of the feed pipe 32. A jet flow of compressed air jetting from the compressed air jet pipe 33 surely flows into the supply pipe 90 and the parts can be surely fed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
