PURPOSE: A paper machine of a used paper recycling device is provided to prevent strength of a used paper from being lowered even though the used paper is repetitively recycled in the used paper recycling device. CONSTITUTION: A paper machine of a used paper recycling device includes a paper making unit. The paper making unit mixes water transferred from a pulp making device with pulp suspension on slurries in which used paper pulps exist. The paper making unit includes a paper conveyor(100). The paper conveyor operates while a mesh belt(105) filters the pulp suspension.
