<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a coated electrode plate capable of surely forming a coated layer of a carbon mixture which hardly has exfoliation on the surface of an electrode plate of a lead storage battery used for a hybrid vehicle or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the coated electrode plate, a paste-like carbon mixture b made by mixing two kinds of carbon materials made from a first carbon material with conductivity and a second carbon material with capacitor capacity and/or pseudo-capacitor capacity, and a binder is discharged at a line shape from numerous small-diameter discharge ports 33A arranged at the front end of a flat nozzle 3 in the width direction, the line-shaped carbon mixtures b, b, ... wherein numerous ridges are lined in parallel are stuck to the surface of the electrode plate a conveyed by a carrier 5 located below, and then, such the electrode plate is compressed and adjusted at designated thickness in order to make the coated electrode plate by passing through a squeegee 6 located in the front. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
