<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for manufacturing a membrane-electrode assembly, which can be repetitively used while preventing wrinkling. <P>SOLUTION: The tool for manufacturing the membrane-electrode assembly for solid polymer fuel cell by bonding a solid polymer electrolyte membrane to electrodes disposed on both sides of the solid polymer electrolyte membrane by pressurizing and heating includes: a mechanism for transferring heat and pressure to the electrodes and the electrolyte membrane, the mechanism including a guide and a dent for fixing the positions of the electrodes and the electrolyte membrane; and a plate formed of a heat resisting rigid body for pressurizing the electrolyte membrane located outside the electrodes independently from the electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
