<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an operation intention of a user in advance in a simple configuration, to improve operability while reducing size/thickness. <P>SOLUTION: In the information terminal device, sensitivity of a touch sensor of a touch panel can be dynamically controlled. Before touch panel operation, the sensitivity is enhanced, to detect approach of a finger even in a distant position.
