<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody cement board which has excellent refractory performance, and to provide a method for producing the woody cement board which has excellent productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The woody cement board has a single layer structure, which contains: a cement-based inorganic material of 20 to 70 mass%; a woody reinforcing material of 5 to 18 mass%; and xonotlite of 5 to 10 mass%, wherein the woody reinforcing material is covered with the cement-based inorganic material, and further, the surface thereof is covered with the xonotlite. In the method for producing a woody cement board, the production of a raw material mixture is performed by dispersing the woody reinforcing material, thereafter adding the cement-based inorganic material and the other powder raw material, performing their mixing, subsequently adding a dehydrated cake of xonotlite with concentration of 10 to 30%, and mixing them, and the raw material mixture is scattered to produce a mat, and the mat is pressed and is cured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
