发明名称 FACILITY MONITORING METHOD OF CARRIER DEVICES
摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility monitoring method of a carrier device, designed so that any abnormal area is early identified by measuring acceleration in traveling of the carrier device during its working to prevent the device from shutdown or accident. <P>SOLUTION: In this carrier device, four sets of acceleration sensors S1, S2, S3 and S4 for independently-measuring at least 2 axial directions of three ones such as vehicle length direction, vehicle width direction and vertical direction of a stacker crane 4 are installed in the stacker crane 4. Accelerations for each axis of these acceleration sensors S1/S2/S3/S4 in traveling of the stacker crane 4 are measured to synthesize in-phase signal and differential signal for each axis in two sets of acceleration sensors selected from these four sets of S1/S2/S3/S4 based on the measured values, while those in-phase signal and differential signal are sorted out for each prescribed frequency domain to determine facility condition by using the in-phase signal and differential signal sorted out for each prescribed frequency domain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
