<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for obtaining a photosensitive flexographic resin printing original plate, with a developability satisfying developing time usable for high speed printing in spray development with an aqueous developer and superior image reproducibility, even at high-speed printing, and to provide a flexographic printing original plate having the composition on a support. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition for a flexographic printing contains at least (A) a hydrophobic polymer obtained from a water dispersion latex, (B) a hydrophilic polymer, (C) an ethylenic double bond unsaturated compound and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. The hydrophobic polymer obtained from the water dispersed latex, with the (A) component being made of a polybutadiene, an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer, and a methyl methacrylate copolymer.
