<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sling sheet which reduces care work of a caregiver. <P>SOLUTION: The sling sheet 4 comprises a sling sheet body 41 which is made of a cloth having an almost rectangular shape when expanded and a size that allows to mount the whole body of a person to be suspended including the upper and lower limbs, right and left first suspending parts 42 and 43 which are attached to the both ends of the sling sheet body 41 in the width direction at the almost middle part of the sling sheet body 41 in the longitudinal direction so as to be suspended from a hanger hanged from a care lift, right and left second suspending parts 44 and 45 which are attached to one end of the sling sheet body 41 in the longitudinal direction so as to be suspended from the hanger, and a pillow 46 mounted on one end of the sling sheet body 41 between the right and left second suspending parts 44 and 45 so as to support the head of the person to be suspended 3.
