<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detection device capable of detecting an object to be detected without using an amount of movement of a traveling object. <P>SOLUTION: An object detection device is configured to detect an object by using an image captured by an imaging means loaded on a traveling object, and provided with: an inter-image moving amount calculation means for calculating inter-image moving amounts by using a plurality of images captured in different time by the imaging means; an object detection means for detecting an object, and for acquiring a relative relationship between the detected object and the traveling object; a logical value calculation means for calculating the logical value of the inter-image moving amounts based on the relative relationship of the object acquired by the object detection means; and a detection means for comparing the inter-image moving amounts calculated by the inter-image moving amount calculation means with the logical value of the inter-image moving amounts calculated by the logical value calculation means, and for detecting the object to be detected based on the comparison results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
