<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make post processing easily carried out for a recording medium on which an image is formed. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 210 has an image which is not yet printed in a prior job printed to a backside of continuous paper 101. A recorded portion of the continuous paper 101 is stored to a storing section 256 and become a stack printed page U1 and a stack printed page D1 in Fig.5(a) by transporting this continuous paper 101. At this time, an image forming apparatus 110 which is an upstream machine prints the image for post processing which is necessary for the post processing to the surface of the continuous paper 101. This image for post processing is the image of a predetermined shape that is formed at each prescribed interval along the transporting direction of the continuous paper 101, for example, and is made a mark for specifying the position in the continuous paper 101 when post processing is carried out. Thus the surface of the continuous paper 101 that is between a down stream transfer position and an upstream transfer position has the image for post processing printed and is made to be the state shown in Fig.5(b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
