PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter having good rolling balance of a planting part. SOLUTION: Supporting stays 30 and 30 supporting a seedling table are set and stood at both ends of a planting frame 23 extended in the cross direction of a planting part 15, and a link shaft 57 is freely rotatably supported between the supporting stays 30 and 30. A motor-potentiobase attached with a land grading rotor elevating actuator 54 is freely fitted on the link shaft 57. A rolling spindle 31 is attached on the central part of the planting frame 23 and a link holders 32 for attaching an elevating link is freely rotatably engaged to the rolling spindle 31. A rolling control actuator 42 for controlling rolling of a planting part is attached on one of the link holders 32 and the land grading rotor elevating actuator 54 is set at the opposite side to the rolling control actuator 42 to hold the link holder 32 therebetween.
