PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a threshold circuit used for a sensor node or the like. SOLUTION: The threshold circuit comprises: a first PMOS transistor Q1 in which a gate terminal is connected to an input terminal IN, a source terminal is connected to a power supply potential VDD and a drain terminal is connected to an output terminal OUT; a current limiting portion I1 in which a first terminal is connected to the drain terminal and the output terminal OUT of the first PMOS transistor Q1 and a second terminal is grounded; and a charge accumulating portion C1 in which a first terminal is connected to the drain terminal and the output terminal OUT of the first PMOS transistor Q1 and a second terminal is grounded.
