PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar system for precisely classifying a target. SOLUTION: In a matching processing part 6, a range profile and a Doppler profile prepared on the basis of a reception signal are compared with reference information stored in advance for each candidate target to calculate a range profile correlation value and a Doppler profile correlation value. In a classification processing part 3, the target is classified using the range profile correlation value and the Doppler profile correlation value weighted respectively on the basis of tracking information including position information and velocity information or the like of the target.
