PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube-type heat exchanger having superior heat exchanging performance without elongating a piping length of the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger includes a first pipe 3 in which a fluid A flows, a plurality of second pipes 5 which is disposed in the first pipe 3 and in which a fluid B flows, and at least one or more third pipes 7 which are disposed at an outer periphery of the first pipe 3 and in which the fluid B flows. As the third pipe 7 in which the fluid B flows, is closely kept into contact with the outer periphery of the first pipe 3, heat of the fluid B is transferred to the fluid A through an inner wall of the first pipe 3, and the fluid A can be heated from both of outer walls of the plurality of second pipes 5 and the inner wall of the first pipe 3, thus a heat transferring area kept into contact with the fluid A can be increased, and efficiency can be improved.
