PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable convenient use by dispensing with a water supply operation for starting siphonage. SOLUTION: An opening plane, where a water receiving pan (26) as a suction port of a siphon pipe (P) is directed upward, and an opening plane, where a discharge opening (28) of a bent elongated passage (E) is directed upward, are held at an almost equal installation height (L-L); and the whole of the inside of the siphon pipe (P) is constantly filled with water. Thus, when the standing wastewater (W) in a garbage matter storage bag (12) increases, this drainage device is set to make the wastewater (W) spontaneously discharged into the sink (S) of a sink cabinet via a discharge pipe (19) from the suction pipe (18) of the siphon pipe (P).
