PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness in terms of operation by a player. SOLUTION: A CR unit 10 includes a mobile terminal R/W13 for reading a mobile terminal IDm from a mobile terminal 50 and a mobile terminal holder 13a for setting and securing the mobile terminal 50 in the vicinity of the mobile terminal R/W13 and determines whether the mobile terminal 50 is set and secured by the mobile terminal holder 13a or is operated to be adjacent to or to make contact with the mobile terminal R/W13 by instructing the mobile terminal R/W13 to read at the prescribed timing. When the mobile terminal 50 is determined to be set and secured, a mode is transferred to a holding mode in which the acceptance of pay-out request operation by an operational part 11 is a requirement for invoking a request to subtract a game value to a member management T/C30 after the determination. When the mobile terminal 50 is determined to be operated to be adjacent or to make contact, the mode is transferred to a touch mode in which an execution of operation to be adjacent or to make contact is a requirement for invoking.
