PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tackle winding board for fishing, provided with stopping pieces to prevent abrupt change of winding direction of a fishing line wound on the winding board. SOLUTION: The tackle winding board 1 for fishing includes a plurality of stopping pieces formed by punching a paper sheet such as drawing paper or a plate made of a synthetic resin, and the stopping pieces are arranged in a circular form to produce an inner line-winding part A and an outer line-winding part B. The inner line-winding part A is formed by arranging the stopping pieces 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e and 1f on a circular line, and the outer line-winding part B is formed in an O-form with the stopping pieces 1g, 1h and 1i of one outer line-winding part B', the stopping pieces 1j, 1k and 1m of the other outer line-winding part B", and the stopping pieces 1a and 1d of the inner line-winding part A, and a circular part of a cut side (tip side) of each punched stopping piece is made to be liftable from the surface of the board 1.
