摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deriving an operational condition in a blast furnace in which a layer thickness distribution of a piling layer for charged materials in the blast furnace is made close to the target suitable layer thickness distribution; and an apparatus for deriving the operational condition using the method. SOLUTION: The method is implemented in the following order. A standard operational condition is set as the operational condition containing a parameter for adjusting the layer thickness distribution, and many operational conditions for calculation obtained by changing the parameter included in the standard operational condition from the standard operational condition are prepared, and in the case of changing the operation in the blast furnace from the standard operational condition to each of the prepared operational conditions for calculation, the layer thickness distribution generated in the blast furnace after changing the operational condition is respectively predicted as a predicted layer thickness distribution, and the predicted layer thickness distribution being similar to the target layer thickness distribution is selected from the many predicted layer thickness distributions, and the operational condition for calculation used at the time of predicting the selected predicted layer thickness distribution is selected from among the many operational conditions for calculation.
