PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict dropping off of a speaker grille by a fixing means by claw-fixing regardless of a shape of an interior part. SOLUTION: The speaker apparatus for use in a vehicle is to be mounted to the vehicle and includes: a speaker unit 10; a trim board 30 having a speaker attachment hole 31 arranged with the speaker unit 10; the speaker grille 20 mounted to the speaker attachment hole 31 from an inner side of a cabin; a claw-fixing portion 24 deflectably provided on the speaker grille 20 and fixing the speaker grille 20 to a trim board 30 by engaging it with a hole edge 32 of the speaker attachment hole 31; and a deflection restriction piece 18 provided on the speaker unit 10, arranged in a deflection space of the claw-fixing portion 24 and restricting removal by arranging the speaker unit 10 in the speaker attachment hole 31.
