PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage case which simplifies a depositing operation by permitting objects to be deposited to be deposited from the top of a cast-in lid whose upper portion opens and can store long objects corresponding to the apparent height of the storage case. SOLUTION: The storage case has a box body 1 storing things to be stored, the cast-in lid 2 openably provided on the front of the box body 1 and having the center of rotation in the height direction middle portion of the box body 1 and whose upper portion opens, a take-out lid 3 whose lower portion opens, a plate spring 13 engagingly fastening one end to the box body 1 and permitting the other end to be inserted into an engagement portion provided in the cast-in lid 2.
